1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Vulpine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and paying customers.

2. Description of service

Vulpine is a website health monitoring and auditing platform. We scan publicly accessible web pages and provide reports covering SEO, performance, security, accessibility, content quality, and link integrity. The Service is provided "as is" and we continually improve it.

3. Account registration

To use paid features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. One person or entity per account — accounts cannot be shared.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

Free tier

The free tier includes limited scans per month. We may modify free tier limits at any time.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund for first-time subscribers if you're not satisfied. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable. Contact support to request a refund.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until then. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, documentation, and branding, is owned by Vulpine. Your scan reports and data belong to you. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data as needed to provide the Service.

8. Data and privacy

Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

9. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vulpine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Scan results are informational and do not constitute professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that every issue will be detected or that all recommendations are applicable to your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any changes to your website.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
